Pros
The people here are wonderful and really care. They are all about relationships and building teams and really care about supporting employees. Work/Life balance is great but that seems to be changing post COVID.
Kontras
After the merger with Sprint everything went downhill. The HR department is a disaster without vision or support and the leadership is clueless. The values of the company are not enforced and there is a lack of empathy from our CEO. Legacy T-Mobile employees are treated terrible and there is favoritism for Sprint employees in HR.
