Pros

It was the easiest/mindless job I have ever had.

If you don't like over the top raw raw type of corporate cheerleading. It's probably not a place for you. If you get into the "pds sales" role expect to be pretty much left out on an island with no real direction. The calls to providers are tedious and they don't want to talk to you. The department is disorganized and more or less one big show. The ship appears to be headed in the wrong direction.

The systems constantly lag and freeze, making an already stressful job even harder. You’re expected to handle the work of multiple roles while meeting unrealistic metrics and learning countless procedures. Calls are often back-to-back, and the two-minute breaks during busy times aren’t enough to recharge. Dealing with verbally abusive customers is common, and you’re required to give multiple warnings before ending a call. While there are opportunities to move into other roles, promotions often feel more dependent on who you know than your actual skills or performance. Overall, it’s a mentally exhausting, high-stress environment.
