      A weird blend of "no process" with no accountability for decisions, with a bunch of useless/frustrating processes. Increasingly more about who you know/how you present, versus what you know.

      - decent culture built around supporting entrepreneurship - availability of AI tooling - fully remote

      - low and non-competitive pay compared to other tech companies - backwards comp and impact system they think is "innovative" and unique, but it's really just a system to keep comp and titles capped
