Pros

Joining the SentinelOne journey is probably the best careers choice I've ever made. Apart from the great benefits, salary, perks and great offices, the company has a really exciting technology and works with the most advances and interesting technologies in the world. The people are amazing, very professional and picked very carefully to assemble the great DNA of the company. The senior management work very hard to be as transparent and open as possible, which helps you see the vision of the company clearly.

Moving very fast, which can be tough for some people. For me - Not a con at all :)

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Kontras

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
