Pros

Good technology. Decent benefits. Good location. Regular lunches provided. Some good people who are working hard trying to do the right thing

Very political company. Very weak leadership. The company has experienced very high turnover as a result of a very toxic environment. There exists a " boys club" of ex- Cylance employees running the company, whose philosophy is " our way or the high way". They wield a lot of influence . The company professes to be a "people company", but it is the exact opposite. Do not be fooled by the good reviews / ratings on Glassdoor. The company has experienced high turnover for a reason. Do your homework before joining this company.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Kontras

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
