I sincerely believe that my time at RBC can be as rich or weak as I choose to make it. If you are looking for a company to start out your career and build experience and knowledge, RBC is great for that. If you are looking for a company that offers security and work-life balance, RBC can provide that as well. If you are looking to move quickly throughout an organization, gaining experience, new challenges and increased compensation, RBC is well suited for that. In all, I would say that what you get out of working for RBC is what you put into it.

In any extremely large organization, you need to acclimatize yourself to the bureaucracy and pace. Things cannot happen as fast as you would always like them to.
