Less work pressure at most times. Good work in some projects.

Problem soving is done blindly without proper reasoning. Unequal distribution of work among resources. In some teams the work life balance is very poor. Too many managers, work is not given as per employee's skill set. No technical trainings, skill set does not enhance with time due to repetivtive work.
