The daycare company that operations on campus is phenomenal.

Almost zero flexibility in work from home policy and policy changes as soon as leadership doesn’t feel there are enough seats filled. Holidays are considered your work from home day. Canada Home Office does not follow the same policy and has more flexibility which creates a deeper divide in partnership with that office. Home office campus lacks offerings compared to many other offices and is in a dumpy area of town. Culture is non existent. Toxic environment, upset employees, disrespectful behavior from employees is tolerated and not actioned, no accountability. Thankful I have a job, but this place is not what it used to be
