Orange has all the pros that a multinational company has: many resources available, processes in place for anything you might need, convenient offices, freedom to do your work if you do it well, but not many opportunities to introduce changes, the status quo usually wins

Meritocracy isn't at the heart of Orange Spain: there's a lot of benefits for everyone in the company, like shares, annual bonuses, etc., none of them linked to performance but to current salary and position, so progress is difficult. Expect mainly a team of average people that feel confortable in this environment, the most talented ones would go elsewhere. Promotions out of the headquarters in Madrid are very rare although the career path in Madrid might be more interesting
