social company, 34 instead of 25 days of holidays, more or less really stable position. cell-phone use for personal purposes, extensive benefit program for employee as well as for family members. local work conditions: 8,5 hours in the office as declared in the local code of labor and adios. no overtimes unless absolutely necessary. no work related phone calls during weekends and holidays.

Kontras

no external responsibility in general, personalizing success and socializing failures on the team level. not-existing processes. tools containing low quality data. this company is based on use of excel. hard to find responsible people for most of the issues/topics/areas. ineffective modus operandi with many black holes for money. politics is the only factor for succeeeding in the management, as well as on the lower company levels. not many options for career advancement after reaching senior / expert position excluding small chance of getting into the management level
