No salary increase until you try to leave. Your colleagues in the same position can earn more than you because that's what they got hired on. No career progress, no opportunities to grow. Only selected employees get bonuses with emails not to share that information with others (at least in my field) No structure and if you need to contact payroll or HR you are doomed, no reply ever!
