Very few raises or promotions. Negotiate a good entry salary, it won't change for a long time. They would rather pay new hires more money than current employees instead of giving raises to current employees. Weak leadership the higher up the worse it gets in San Antonio specifically. Employees are told not to ask leadership certain questions. No distinction in workload from one IC level to the next. IC1 is expected to do the same job as IC4.
