No stock option grants No annual discussion w. manager over salary or performance. Management deceptive and elusive on salary expectations while the company and the execs rake in the profits and bonuses. No opportunity to advance to management Age discrimination The only way to monetary or professional advancement is to leave the company. Management very stingy on group cohesive events, if any are held at all.
