Possibility of working from home a few days a week (it varies from position and manager). Very little micromanagement, with employees having a great deal of liberty to decide when/where to work.
Kontras
Highly overrated. The company markets itself as a very meritocratic company, but politics still have a strong influence in positions/salaries. Salaries are a little above market, but the only chance of getting real money is in sales.
