-No or little raise in pay. -Middle level Management spending more time in impressing higher management at the cost of the products offered. - They ask employees to fill anonymous surveys but nothing happens, its just formality. - New joinees are offered way more than Hard working current employees. - Management don't even want to retain old resources. They don't value people working in the organization. - Never ever got a single peny as Bonus. Never ever heard of Bonus from any employee. They will always say we don't have budget. - Lesser scope for innovation as middle level management doesn't want new ideas they just want their bosses to be happy with them. - Very slow pace of work, feel like a government office. - Sometimes employees have so much time that they can start a part time job :P.
