100% homeoffice mandatory last 18 months, corporate beaurocracy, centralized decision making disconnected from real needs and situation. Middle management is far away from customer and manage just excell tables and reports. Permanent mess in account management, crazzy organisation changes, shifting resourcess accros organisation regardless their skills, knowledge base, experience and preference. No salary increase for decades (in fact, real salary is lower and lower each year).
