good work life balance, good middle & junior management, good brand name, good pay to laterals, good onsite opportnities, good pay when on onsite assignments
Kontras
opaque culture, Senior management, no hikes for years, no salary correction, I moved to onsite assignment for 1.5 years and upon return salary was barely increased, I was told I missed an appraisal cycle and would be corrected in next cycle. There was no appraisal/hikes the next year, HR has no clue, Oracle has ruined i-flex.
