Low progression, fix salary cap for years if you enter at the bottom ( ex: graduate programs) - even if you are a sales rock star, no reward, poor spiff (ex: 100£ voucher at Selfriges for Sales Managers ....), Every day job is overwhelmed with processes. Very poor adaptation to the covid situation ( While company revenue increased by 2%): Work from home being compulsory: the only gift was to be able to choose between a desk chair or screen ... Thanks!
