Work life balance very skewed towards personal life. Very stable company

Your pay will stay stagnant for years. Oracle has this stupid policy of not linking salary to promotions. So, even if u get many promotions, your pay will still be very near to where you started at with Oracle. Too many levels in organization( 4 levels of engineers, 3 levels of managers, 3 levels of directors, 4 levels of vp/evp/president). So designation change will happen at scheduled interval like in a goverment job
