Flexible work, good projects, technically strong colleagues, a lot to learn everyday

Some old style managers still have issues even with few work from home days. Some politics. Salary is slightly below industry standard and raises/bonuses are only once per year (if at all) and that too amount is usually on the lower side of 0-10%. ESPP is not attractive at all. No standards on team events. Some seem to have frequent outings, birthday celebrations, food for team, ice-creams; Other teams have almost none.
