Extreme focus on short term results, usually yielding non-sustainable strategies and angry customers/employees. Little to no care about career development. Excessive internal politics; most of one's energy is spend dealing with internal conflicts (they even have a name for their mismanagement: "management through conflict"). Management at all levels is inferior to competitor companies I worked for, in terms of execution and leadership.
