If you are lazy and can't think for yourself this is a good place- the Leadership in North America is the biggest problem. The snacks in the offices are nice - but being treated with dignity and respect would be nicer

Dishonest leadership, adding Goals after a period end to manipulate reviews, ridiculous favoritism, petty senior leadership and massive micromanagement. The Peter principle is on full display and there is no trust - extremely toxic environment.
