Pros
Mid Market pays well, but price gauges customers. They changed rules so that doesn't happen anymore, but no ones getting paid. Culture is unmatched, many people are close friends and stay for that reason - big in person presence.
Kontras
Pay not great. Emerging markets suck. Mid market/Corp, only way to make money and this year took a massive hit. In person is required 3x per week, can be good/bad depending how you view. Toxic work culture/gossip/leadership plays favorites
