Pros
ok salary and above average benefits, good home office policy
Kontras
This company turned out to be a huge disappointment. For me it went a little bit like this: 1. Recruitment process - you receive an email with instructions how to answer questions in line with the ridiculous company requirements and some kind of made up ideology. Forget about being yourself, follow the rules as you jump through 3 rounds of interviews. 2. First days in the company - you find out that the department you just joined is being handed over to an outsourcing company and your newly accuired postion at Novartis will soon disappear. 3. First weeks in the company - you realize that there are no training materials available to help you as a newcomer and you struggle to get any iformation + you realize that the place is really messy and unkept, kitchens are overflowing with dirty dishes, people are scared of using dishwashers. Not to mention all the broken equipement, misspelled names, mafunctioning software. 4. Few months into your new role - you are informed that you are being sold to the outsourcing company, if you don't want to you can quit or look for an internal position, which brings us back to point 1. In this case the recruitment process is either non-existent as your applications are being ignored or you spend a lot of time in interviews that bring 0 results. I have nothing to say about senior management/ CEO and all of the bosses as they are not a part of employees lives in any way. There is no such thing as team spirit/ company spirit, everybdy seems distant and disconnected from one another
