      Less Project. Not deployed for the same role they have selected you. Even if they selected for development, they will deploy for support which doesn't require any of your development skills. If you are in bench for 1 month, you will be laid off.

      Had unlimited vacation time, got more pay for working certain shifts and a premium for working in the data center
