They let you WFH and the job is secure.

Kontras

The management is pretty bad, they don't communicate and change their mind about what they're wanting a lot. The training is next to non existent, and current workers give you very brief tips, no official training and then you get bad feedback from managers because you've not been doing the right thing. Not great, you'll find better pay and managers elsewhere, I'd steer clear.

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
