Pros

New leadership team every year to keep things interesting. The new leadership cohort is ex-McKinsey and Company. Leadership wisdom is transformation introduces career opportunities to the affected employees, which really means showing employees the door and making them find opportunities in client companies and competition.

Kontras

Never ending transformations. New leaders, new transformation! 2 years ago, leaders kept spewing Digital everything, last year it was Intelligent everything, and this year it is Service Tower. I beckon next year will be Smart something.

Bench Policy for consulting is a slap in the face. Within 2 months it has been changed twice, now you have 2 weeks to find new work for yourself and fulfillment gives you no help whatsoever. The turnover is so high that it is impossible to establish a network within the company, meaning you will be out on the street with barely any severance by the time you have completed onboarding.
