Pros
The lower level workers (project managers and below ) are very nice and hard working people who seem to really want to own their work and make a difference. However, aside from not being unemployed, there is no pro to the contract or the company.
Kontras
Everything else. Pay is not good, empty promises, and terrible/dehumanizing treatment by management. Constantly threatened laying off people if production doesn't increase. Constantly laid people off even though they performed up to tastasKs planning on laying off more folks. Managers are typically unqualified and overworked, making it hard for them to actually manage. Ultimately, and sadly, NTT DATA did not deliver the services they promised - seemed like a bunch of BS that is being delivered. CIO and CISO are possibly the worst offenders of the BS.
