Kontras
Hard to move up due to the corporate structure and how big the team is. Even though performance is taken into consideration, your actual time in the position will be taken into account (as opposed to smaller companies where only performance is usually the only criteria for promotion). Line managers are not very useful other than providing HR/moral support.
