Company is working hard to change. Yes it will still normally do business the old way, but leadership is working hard to change the culture to make it more inclusive for all generations of employees. They are realizing the need for talent development. You need to remember this is an old company, so change will not be immediate.
Kontras
Change does not happen quickly, but senior leaders are on track. It is a large company and for the most part, you have to do all your career development. The options are there, but to expect the company to do all the employee development work for you is asking a lot.
