Pros
A lot of brilliant minds scattered across the globe that are easily reachable via internal software to mentor with or get amazing career guidance. Also amazing access to specifications and documentation on most programs.
Kontras
Atmosphere is a hit or a miss. I worked at multiple sites and you could be around some ex military individuals that just can't turn off the screaming and yelling for silly stuff, but your also just as likely to be around awesome personalities that make lifelong friends and colleagues. Major con would be the product line - some things are a little excessive on the range of violence and leave you wondering if you're doing the right thing.
