Too Large to Stick Out - Systems Engineer bei Lockheed Martin: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I feel like the only real con I have is my main gripe and what feels like a constant cloud over the head of my department. Regardless of however productive and meaningful my work feels it doesn't translate to meaningful upward movement in the company. I've been rated differently in my yearly reviews, basically between "Achieved goals" to "Over-achieved" but it never translates to a meaningful pay increase or more important positions. This is despite the fact that I've never had a negative word said against me or my work and no real guidance for approval other than "keep doing what you're doing". It more just feels like a vast majority of employees are fit into buckets, and regardless of how well or bad you do you'll only ever stick out if you're really messing up in multiple ways.
