Staff are really ignorant and behind the times. Some of the management were 4th choice candidates at interview. That means 3 other people did not take the role following interview. You can work until 8pm one day but if you go home a min earlier than 5pm the next day you will be in trouble. Older workers clock in at 8am then go to canteen to read a paper. So you have to really know the old system of working to work here rather than any flexible or modern ethos like outcomes and efficiencies.
