Opportunities for skill development through training, encouraged to network, friendly people, and they seem to be fair when it comes to replacement. Weekly pay.
Kontras
The pay is pretty low, and the benefits can use some work. I'm told regularly that I should start looking elsewhere because I won't get the treatment I deserve here. It's a large company, and it can be hard to move up from the bottom.
