Schedule flexibility, outside supporting customer meetings schedule flexibility is superb. Reasonable holiday schedule, sure you don't get some holidays that gov't counterparts get but an entire paid week shutdown at the end of the year? Yes, Please.

Managers are overly task saturated leaving no room for proper mentorship or leadership. This culture breeds many 'leads' but VERY few actual leaders. While not openly stated it is almost implied that you need to work overtime to be successful, work/life balance is not truly valued.
