Company culture is still stuck in the ‘90s in many places. HR and Corporate EEO are slow to investigate discrimination and workplace concerns if management has already labeled you as a “problem employee”. Performance reviews can be a bit biased, depending on if management likes you. Salary is NOT competitive and many programs have little room for upward mobility. They expect you to stay because you are loyal to the LM brand and you like your work, not because you are compensated fairly or recognized for your contributions.
