Can be interesting work. There is a flexible work schedule and the ability to work remotely, if the position allows it. There are lots of talented people to work with.

The performance evaluation system is flawed and allows incompetent people to benefit while talented reliable employees don't get the recognition that they deserve. There is some "empire building" by certain managers.
