Expect you to make up all appointments due to having flex time - it's like being an hourly worker. Annual appraisals pit employee against employee. Leads scape goat their team members, but management does not investigate. Most emplyees seems unhappy at all sites I have dealt with. Only 10-20% of emplyees win most awards and get raises above inflation (and yet they wonder why nobody goes into engineering anymore!).
