Still not sure. Oh yeah, 9/80 schedule. One less day every two weeks you have to tolerate the cancer that is Lockheed Martin.

The culture is toxic. Talent is synonymous with seniority and who you know. Promotions to executive level require retirement or mortality and after you work with these people you start to wish for the mortality path. Significant tolerance for passive aggressive and back stabbing behavior. Conflict is avoided and supplemented with gossip. If you are a high pot at your current employer stay away from this company.
