Lots of opportunities for career, relocation, etc. The smaller Business Units are much leaner and provide more opportunities because it is an "all hands on deck" type of organization.
Kontras
Depending on the Business Unit, there are "legacy" leadership who don't necessarily follow the Full Spectrum Leadership Imperatives that are required for everyone. That is frustrating but the best thing to do is to find your passion in LM and a program you love then dig in and keep the company great.
