Pros

Leader. Always progressing. Power of brand. Great place to test your skills. Working to be better at skill development and leadership roles. Much better than when Chuck Brymer was CEO.

Kontras

Regional management does not have a clue as to how to lead the organization. North American business has gone backward since 2005. The New York office is strong, but there are no synergies in North America. Jez is hands off with the folks in dayton, who no longer have a clue as to where to take the business.

Pros

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
