In the whole IT world I guess this is the only company who celebrates employees layoffs 5. Zero appreciation from the managers, if you are good and bucket holder to them then you will get good benefits. 6. I feel like company is running on our bonus amount because in bonus (variable pay) also they play politics. 7. I strongly advice always have the second thought before joining this political company
