If you are looking for more challenge, though, get ready for our annual Innovation Days coming up in a few months. This year, 225 teams of 580 participants (roughly 17% of the company) took part from 16 locations. Teams have 48 hours to create a working demo of their idea, along with a PowerPoint presentation to help explain it. On the third day, all teams present their ideas to an all-star panel of different judges at each location. Finalists are then chosen from each region. The first, second, and third place winners, along with three Honorable Mentions, receive cash prizes. Start thinking now about how you and your co-workers can take the top prize for Tel-Aviv in 2016.
