Horrible in working in Internal IT of Informatica - Technical Lead bei Informatica: Mitarbeiterbewertung

New management in Internal IT of Informatica is horrible. Joined INFA in begining of 2012 with so many expectactions but management changes in Internal IT in 2013 have put cold water on all my expectations. Couple of new joiners in Sr. level in Internal IT were horrible who started briging their own gang though every one in the interview panel rejected them by applying pressure tactics on their reporting employees. So much favortism to their own candidates who are not at all qualified. So horrible and pathetic which we can't even imagine in a company of INFA reputation. Brought to the notice of higher management several times but no improvement. Instead of improvements started seeing harassment in workplace with unreleastic, unachievable targets, objetives including cutting in bonus. Left INFA couple of months back and that is the one of the best decision which I made in my life.
