      Benefits packages are decent, liberal leave policy depending on department, people are generally friendly

      Kontras

      Very little opportunity fro growth or advancement, certain members of the executive staff are very disrespectful (one member refered to the staff as "the common rank and file" in the elevator)

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
