Pros

Great work from home opportunity. Option for building your own schedule around your core hours. Excellent communication from superiors and help when needed is readily available.

Kontras

Pay is bi-weekly however very competitive. Advancement taking a little longer than what I was led to believe at initial interview.

Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
