Kontras
Very little thought, effort, or resources are put into mentorship, professional development, growth, training. If you learn anything new, it's purely a byproduct of the work you're assigned to do. Don't expect any actual training or professional development opportunities. Low level supervisors/ management also have no training in management/ leadership, etc.
