Poor pipeline. In order to generate cash for acquisitions, cost cuts pressure. People are overworked and not happy. Many aggressive people you will have to work with. Poor infrastructure makes you do tons of manual works. Toxic culture. Don’t get fooled by the money they offer unless you are ready to work 150% capacity
