1. Most of the times you will be working on POC's, which never turns out to be a project. 2. You can't question your manager/lead even if they are doing wrong. If you question, your growth will be impacted directly or indirectly. 3. Laptops and laptop configuration is so pathetic, not sure how one can work using that. 4. We all joined for the brand name GE, but GE Transportation is sold out to Wabtec and this brand name also gone now. Direct proof for above points is attrition rate.
