DIBs is always preached and encouraged,

but it’s never actually enforced or taken seriously when it comes to backing it’s management. Especially in situations where they’ve been constantly bullied into by other associates. Constantly having to also deal with indifferences just because of being a woman and not a man, not always being taken serious. Over worked and overlooked but never thanked for sacrificing so much time and energy.
